  Dim Sum 1 is a lager that is designed specifically for Asian food. It is brewed with lemon grass and coriander. Dim Sum 1 has been developed in a collaboration between Mikkel Borg Bjergsø and Henrik Yde Andersen, who owns and runs the Michelin restaurant Kiin Kiin in Copenhagen.
